What’s it like to work at Charcoalblue?
Our people are really important to us! We expect our team members to give their best, and in exchange we work hard to ensure we offer a holistic and inclusive overall employee experience.
Our People
Charcoalblue is made up of curious, collaborative people from a wide range of backgrounds - including technical theatre, architecture, engineering, live events, film, UX, and project management. What unites us is a shared passion for this industry and a desire to listen, innovate, and create great work together.
We’re proud of our diverse, inclusive culture, where every voice matters and all ideas are worth sharing. With teams working across global time zones, flexibility is built into how we work. Our hybrid model supports work‑life balance while keeping strong connections to a local studio and our wider global community.
We believe gathering - both in person and virtually - is essential. From design collaboration and learning forums to live events, site visits, and celebrations, we create regular opportunities to connect, share knowledge, and celebrate what we do.
Your growth matters here. Our People Team supports development through mentoring, training, industry events, and regular check‑ins to help you grow in line with your career goals.
We’re also committed to making a positive impact. Led by our Blue Team, our social responsibility work spans philanthropy, outreach and education, equity, diversity and inclusion, and environmental impact—informing both how we work and what we design.
If this sounds like your kind of place, explore our current opportunities - or get in touch to tell us why Charcoalblue could be your next chapter.
